With our corporate motto as "No
Company Exists without Social Contribution and Competence",
we have been dedicating our service to the community and international
society for a long time. Such dedication has been recognized and awarded by governors of Shiga and Saitama prefecture.
There are many negative legacies of the 20th century such as traffic pollution, water pollution of closed water, ozone depletion,
greenhouse effect, chemical contamination, decrease in biodiversity
and others.
21st century is the "Century of the Environment",
to pass on the prodigality of nature and to ensure a sustainable
future to our future generations, it is our mission to provide environmental education and to prevent developing countries
not to follow in the footsteps of the Japanese industrial pollution
with our expert techniques and knowledge.

| International Activity (International
Dedication) |
| Since 1989, based on the idea of
"There is no border to Environmental issue", we have devoted
ourselves in accepting many trainees and interns from abroad
through The Association for Overseas Technical Scholarship(AOTS),
Association Internationale des Etudiants en Sciences Economiques
et Commerciales (AIESEC), Japan External Trade Organization
(JETRO) and other organizations. Until present, we had over
100 trainees from 15 different countries from few months to
as long as over a year. |

| Every year, environmental
issue is worsening because of rapid economic development of
China, India and many other developing countries. Since 1989 we have been accepting trainees from these countries to develop environmental expertise and now we have over 100 alumni from over 15 countries, many of them working in the front line as an environmental
expert. |

| Through these internship,
we have a concept of establishing a "Graduate University" cooperating
with domestic and overseas universities. In fact, we cooperated
with SRM deemed University in India and accepted the first interns
as a part of their practical training in April, 2006 .The news
was published in several newspaper in India. And we will continue
and expand this program in the future. |

Not only accepting interns
and trainees, since 1990s we have also been dispatching environmental
experts to onsite environmental analysis trainings or lecturer
for onsite environmental seminars to total of 18 times at 8
different countries such as India (4times), Vietnam(7times),
Iran, Thailand, with request from Japanese governmental organizations(Related
organizations). Moreover, to utilize experiences and techniques
that we have acquired over the years, we have organized practical
trainings, environmental seminars for environmental problems
of many countries.

| In 1995 as one of a special
program for 20th anniversary of ABK-AOTS foundation, ABK-AOTS
DOSOKAI and Hiyoshi jointly organized a speech contest for students in Tamilnadu, India. The purpose of this speech contest was
to develop Japan-India cultural relationship and to raise questions
about environmental destructions. Since then, sponsored by Hiyoshi,
the speech contest are being held by ABK-AOTS DOSOKAI every
year. The contest are being held in Japanese, English and Tamil
and the first prize winners gets a ticket to Japan for 2 weeks
of environmental study and culture exchange. In over 10 years,
about 40 students have visited Hiyoshi, and are now acting as
new bridges to Hiyoshi-India relationship all over India. |

| Hiyoshi started relationship
with India in 1980's and it will be almost 20 years now. Since
1995, we have relationship with ABK-AOTS DOSOKAI in Chennai
through the speech contest, sending expert to environmental
seminars, accepting trainees, etc. In 2003, the 50 years of
diplomatic relationships between Japan and India, "HIYOSHI-DOSOKAI"
was established in ABK-AOTS DOSOKAI by past speech contest winners
and people who had been trained at Hiyoshi. And "HIYOSHI
HALL" was established in Chennai. In the same year, Hiyoshi made a contract with SOFIL (Which is now merged with SRM) on business collaboration. In 2005, we made an agreement on accepting internship
from SRM Deemed University. And in the future, we will continue and expand our relationship with India. |

| Students experience domestic garbage
collection |
Since 1990, Hiyoshi has enlightened environmental study at local schools as a part of environmental education. We give special class on garbage issues, invite students
and teachers for one day to get a garbage collecting experience.
We also paint drawing that elementary students draw on earth
environment to encourage their interest on the environment.
We hope to enlighten children's consciousness on environment
and make them the "Leaders of the 21st century".

| We are actively accepting interns
