Daily waste treatment, and the management and cleaning of the facilities

Stores and restaurants require various management services although such aspects are little known. The waste generated in the facilities is collected, transported and treated every day in accordance with the operation irrespective of the day of the week, even on holidays.
In addition, the water receiving tanks to store the water to be used in the facilities are cleaned and analyzed on a regular basis.
Oil in the wastewater from restaurants and other facilities is collected with grease traps and stored in grease pits. It is essential to remove the oil and clean the pits on a regular basis. The drain pipes receiving the wastewater from the traps also need periodical cleaning to avoid clogging. We also handle these tasks.
When snow accumulates, we remove snow on parking lots by snow removing vehicles and scatter snow melting agents.
Thus, we provide a wide range of services for the little known aspects of the facilities.

Maintenance and management of specified facilities

Buildings of a specific size require periodical measurement of dust, carbon monoxide level, etc. for comfortable use of the facilities, and we provide services to conduct such inspections on a regular basis.
